While THE PRECIOUS THINGS stamped their own distinctive sound upon modern classics such as U2's Vertigo and No Doubt's Don't Speak, the highlight of the set was a haunting rendition of Glory Box by Portishead. With an arrangement that emphasized the musical and vocal talent of the group, this number alone was easily worth the admission money.

In a demonstration of their versatility, the second set comprised a more eclectic mixture of rock and pop. With a selection of timeless hits from Stealers Wheel and Blondie, to contemporary chart toppers Scissor Sisters and Anastacia,
